There are alot of method's for this but I will be showing you the 2 most simple but effective way's.
1. Uninstall unwanted software.
Go to Start, Control Panel, Uninstall a Program. (This layout may be different for other computer's.)
Now ust choose a program that you dont use or no longer need and click the uninstall button up top.
2. Using CCleaner.
CCleaner is a very effective way to restore memory. Click the link below to download it...

Once its downloaded, open it and go to the Cleaner tab on the left.
Check the boxes you want, then click run cleaner.
NOTE: It didnt remove as much space on my computer because I do a scan regularly.
